Broker's Comments

This fine example of the Parker 235 Lifting keel Yacht is ready to move.
The design includes all-round sailing performance which is achieved by having a long waterline and beamy hull-form. This combined with a deep low centre of gravity lifting-keel gives great stability for offshore safety and sea-going ability.
Using a unique lift-keel system, led back to the cockpit winch, she can be moored with her keel raised in shallow waters and still have remarkable stability.
The Parker 235 can then dry-out on mud, sand or gravel etc, and sit completely upright for all-round comfort aboard.
This boat has been maintained to a high standard, both mechanically and cosmetically, and comes with a comprehensive inventory.
