Broker's Comments

Wide beam for sale in France.
Boatshed Paris is happy to offer a 12m wide beam built by HANCOCK & LANE and located in North of Burgundy.

A solid built quality wide beam, ex hire cruiser which has been maintained by our current owner, an ex professional of the hire business.

Spacious interior well thought out and regularly maintained; this live aboard cruiser could make a comfortable floating cruising home.

Recent hull survey and antIfouling done in September 2020. The survey report is available if required.

Shallow draft and low air draught will allow this cruising wide beam to go anywhere on the system which is what our current owners have done in the past 20 years.

An ideal and affordable cruiser for a couple with young children or occasional guests.

Mooring in a quiet marina in Burgundy may be transferrable upon request and the cost is 200 € per month (water and electricity included).
