Broker's Comments
Hull number 1424 of this excellently designed compact yacht has been owned since 1996 by the current owners. The cockpit and interior are deceptively spacious with up to 7 berths. Swimming is easy off the platform with its walk through transom and evening BBQ's are a joy with the propane grill.The yacht has both 12 volt and compressor driven refrigeration; the original engine has been replaced with a Yanmar and the yacht was surveyed in 2008. The report is available on request. This is a very well priced Catalina that would be perfect for cruising down island or as an affordable liveaboard.
