Broker's Comments

This Cox 27 is the relatively scarce Motorsailer variant and is both well fitted out and in good condition.
She is no tippy racing yacht but rather a solid roomy cruiser with a deep safe cockpit and a powerful engine. She is unusual for a boat of this size in having both cockpit and wheelhouse helms allowing you either to enjoy the sun or shelter from the rain depending on the prevailing weather.
With her three keels to sit on she can also take to the ground very safely.
She is strongly constructed and appears in very good condition and ready to go.
If you're looking for a stable roomy cruiser this could well be it!
