Broker's Comments
Here we have a tidy example of the the popular DC30 river cruiser. This boat has been in the current owners' care for the last 22 years and has been extensively modified to make a comfortable space to spend extended time afloat.
She has a full wet heating system with radiators to give all year cruising or liveaboard capability, further enhanced by a nice sized wood burner. This is a spacious 4 berth boat but would be very good as a two berth cruiser. Her galley is "metallised" as can be seen in the pictures and her heads and shower was revamped last year and is a very good size indeed.
She has a well running Perkins diesel DFI paving a sail drive via hydraulic motor, a reversing camera, fish finder and was fully repainted this year. She was serviced in April 22 and antifouled in 20 and has a valid boat safety certificate to 2026.
She also has a new electric toilet and new cooker this year and has two inverters fitted. She has front and rear canopies (new in April this year) and represents a good value liveaboard vessel that is very well equipped.
