Broker's Comments
A Freeman 22 Mk1 in need of work.
The Interior is in fairly good order and mechanically she is good.
The exterior would need re painting after a serious sanding. The canopy is in need of repair or replacement (rear window and zip stitching).
There is an area in the saloon where the floor is rotten and the rubbing strake is coming away in places.
Whilst she can be used as is, I see this boat as needing a lot of cosmetic attention to make her look presentable, ideal as an "over winter project".
There is nothing major and at the price would be viable to do by a DIY person.
