Broker's Comments
PRICE REDUCED! This is a clean, dry, boathouse kept tri-cabin trawler that stands out with a spacious teak trimmed interior. Heating for all cabins is provided with a Webasto forced air furnace. Each private cabin has an enclosed marine head compartment with shower. There's an amazing 6' 8" of headroom inside this boat. This is a very comfortable cruising boat for two couples or a family.
Twin Lehman 120 HP diesel propulsion enables precise boat maneuvering and mechanical reliability for exploring Pacific Northwest, BC, and Alaskan waters. In addition, a new Magnum 3000 watt inverter-charger is aboard for quiet power at anchor, with a 7.5KW generator installed as an additional source of AC power. The wide teak decks are dry and well sealed and the exterior teak trim is nicely varnished. There is a bimini and like-new canvas for the flybridge deck railings to keep the wind away.
With the replacement of some electronics this would be an excellent boat for a journey to Alaska through the Inside Passage. As a live aboard vessel, the boat is well equipped and offers a great layout.
The boathouse is also available for sale with transferrable moorage rights on Oakland Bay in Shelton, Washington.
