The middle cabin has been converted into a separate dining room however, it can be converted back to a single or double birth if required. There is seating for 6/7 in the forward saloon area which also pulls out to make up a second double bed. A generous galley with fridge (new 2010) and a full 4 burner/oven/grill sized gas cooker (new 2007). Leading to the engine and toilet (heads) which is a fresh water flush type and a Thetford flush toilet. The separate shower and sink compartment is in the rear cabin with pump out shower. There is a fresh water tank (150 litres) with pump (new 2007) which serves all water requirements. She was and still is a non-smokers boat. She had new doors both back and front fitted in 2008.

A very well presented Horizon 35 ideal for longer stays on board offering full facilities including heating, shore power, solar panel, full size cooker etc.
She has a full survey dated Dec 2014, a BSC until June 2019 and is Broads licensed until 2016.
When sold she will be equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses for 4 people so you could holiday straight away. She has a new boat tax disc until April 2016. She has a full Boat Safety Scheme certificate valid until June 2019. All invoices from competent marine services dated from 17 December 2003 are available for inspection. She was lifted out in 2007/2008/2010/2013(anti-fouled) and again Nov 2014 – Mar 2015 when a second out of water survey was carried out by Insight Marine.
Moored in Stalham enjoying an idyllic setting on the picturesque River Ant with fresh water and 240v power and a grass area where you can relax in the sunshine. Stalham Town (with large Tesco Store) is only a five minute walk with Great Yarmouth and Norwich City only thirty minutes’ drive away.
