Broker's Comments

Here we have a stunning Classic Broads Cruiser with a fine pedigree. Built by E C Landamore in 1960 this boat has been cherished by her previous owners. Externally she is both stunning and imposing. Internally she is no different. It is difficult to find the right words to describe this truly majestic lady. I have never seen a boat that demands your attention quite like this one does. Along with the fully sprung (not foam!) upholstery she has 3 separate cabins, a separate heads and shower, a galley that is on both the port and starboard sides of the boat and a large saloon with seating for 6 in comfort.
She has a new cockpit cover and a full all over cover for protection over winter.
The boat was surveyed in October 2011. There is planking required below the waterline which I can provide details of with pleasure.
I know you have heard it before but this boat really does have to be seen to be fully appreciated.
