a) Adverc Battery Management System - is a voltage regulator controller. Working with the alternator, the ADVERC creates the correct voltage climate at the batteries which then takes what they need in tertms of bhe charge. The ADVERC controller increases the state of charge to 95+% by using a cycle program and compensating for losses in the system.
b) Dolphin 'All in One' Microprocessor controlled 4 stage battery charger, all 3 batteries, and AC Distribution System with Residual Current circuit breaker, double pole main breaker and 2 x single pole breakers, for use when on shorepower.

In 2010 the hull was treated for osmosis. The hull was sandblasted and re-epoxied by a professional yard.
The keel bolts show some evidence of rust.
The seacocks are a little stiff and need greasing at the next haul out.

Comentario del broker
I often list 1980s yachts and more often than not they are either "projects" or need some "TLC". Not so in the case of this lovely yacht which has just returned from a post-retirement cruise of the Mediterranean. This boat is in great condition and it is clear that her owner has lavished love, attention and money on her. She is ready to start the next cruise this evening with all the safety gear in service.
This is a very well equipped boat which has sailed many thousands of miles. Her sail wardrobe is complete to say the least. She has wind vane and autopilot steering for easy of handling on long passages.
At her price anyone interested should move quickly to avoid disappointment.
