Total LOA 46'6"
The Morgan 462 is a well-proportioned conventional center cockpit deck with big interior accommodations. The hull has a long waterline length for maximum speed and interior volume. A moderate fin keel with separate skeg/rudder combination is used for directional stability.
The low profile deckhouse, wide weather decks and a comfortable center cockpit make this an aesthetically-pleasing vessel.
*** There are no holding tanks installed in this vessel. However there is plenty of space to add them -- forward under the dinette and aft under the berth. The Grunert Refrigeration that runs off the engine is not connected -- it needs an engine belt to start.
Note: capacities and volumes are not independently verified by Waterline Boats / Boatshed and are taken from owner-supplied information and/or literature.

The Morgan 46 has a very large interior with a lot of sleeping or storage space. Starting at the forward end is a vee berth with filler. It is really the second private stateroom with its own door to the forward head and shower.
Moving aft on the starboard side is a convertible u-shaped dinette. On the port side is a bench seat that converts to a single upper berth plus a lower double with a lift up berth extension.
Just aft of the galley and nav station is the companionway to the aft master stateroom. In the companionway is an upper and lower berth. This can also be converted to a bench seat. One of the engine room access doors is also in this area.
Moving aft to master stateroom you find two large single berths or you could sleep athwart ships using the berth as a double. There is a drop down table between the berths. A deck hatch is located over the berth going to the aft deck but it seldom used. The aft head has a tub and shower combination. "Yes , it has a bath tub." This is an extra large head with two doors. The second door to the engine room is also here.
Moving back to the u-shaped galley you find separate in-counter freezer and refrigerator. The engine driven cold plate is not connected at this time. On the forward side is the stove with oven and countertop storage plus drawers. The owner has also added additional storage in the overhead on the starboard side.
On the port side opposite the galley is the nav station. Plenty of room for electronics, and the main power panel with door is located on the aft end.
Dickinson Propane-fired cabin heat.
This is a great interior for off-shore cruising.

Comentario del broker
For going off shore this is the type of vessel I would want to take - a split rig (ketch), mid cockpit. wide working decks and a huge interior. With sleeping space for eight (and the dinette could also be converted) there is more than enough room for people and their gear.
Two large heads with showers and double access to both. The galley is U-shaped with lots of counter space and separate refrigerator and freezer, and more than enough storage space. An engine room that you can get into and space to work.
Overall condition appears good and the engine has been evidently well-maintained.
" A Big Item" ... the entire hull was peeled and had an epoxy barrier coat installed. The cost for this was about $25,000 in 2006.
It's not often that you you find a vessel of this size and condition and to go offshore with.
And it's priced to sell!
