Broker's Comments
This appears to be a very good example of these popular Yachts, clearly has been looked after through the years and regularly upgraded. She had a new engine fitted in 2001 and the current owners have in 2020 have made a number of improvements including upgraded NAV equipment, serviced the engine, checked the rigging and got her ready to sail, but have decided to upgrade to a larger Yacht instead.
She has an attractive and cleverly designed spacious interior, all in good condition.
This is an ideal starter yacht and with a ballast ratio of over 45% will be a stiff little yacht in a blow.
Sensibly priced she will not be for sale long.
