Broker's Comments
This is a great example of the British built Sealine 290 Ambassador. Spacious and comfortable above and below deck, she provides a great platform for family holidays and fun with friends.
This example, which was fitted with twin Volvo AD31 diesels in 1998, has more than proved her seaworthiness on numerous trips across the channel and along the South Coast. There’s a good navigation fit to back this up which includes, among the general equipment, a chart plotter, radar and AIS.
Stylish, comfortable and very well laid out, there’s plenty packed into her 29ft. The cockpit has plenty of seating room, which includes a triple helm seat. Down below the shaped saloon with cabin heating is set out very nicely and has a well equipped galley with double sink, full cooker, icebox & fridge. The aft cabin, which can be set out as a twin or double, seems huge. The separate shower room/heads is accessible from the saloon or the aft cabin.
All in all, a very well set out and equipped family cruiser with great lines.
