Broker's Comments
You will often come across the well worn cliche 'a proper little ship', goodness knows I've used it often enough myself ; but this time I truly mean it!'
A bit of history - Italian liner's lifeboat circa 1929 became post war a Scottish seine netter circa 1960. Then fished out of Caernarfon from 1978-1993. Had a major refit in Gloucester and cruised to Inverness via Caledonian Canal as a pleasure vessel. Obtained by present owner a decade or more ago and sympathetically restored to her present, 99% completed, state. She is a little gem! Seaworthy, comfortable, nicely presented and very quirky. She'd suit anyone with a taste for a bit of character, a liking for Captain Pugwash and would make a great liveaboard for a young, or not so young, couple. She can even dry out safely with her added on bilge keels, thereby keeping mooring costs to a minimum. The owner has an interesting photo album tracking the vessel's history - it could be yours!
