Broker's Comments
Now I’m biased here – I am especially fond of little sailing boats “of a certain age” with twin keels. They let you mess about on the water, they are kind to you, they make allowances for you if you get it wrong and find yourself out in a gale when you didn’t really mean to…I also happen to own a Pageant myself! I brought mine back from Newhaven to Hamble in a SW blow, and not a drop came aboard! You cannot help but return the affection they obviously feel for you, like a faithful spaniel, they just want to please you and give you of their best. This little lady is no different - the saloon has a good sized table, the heads are surprisingly spacious for a boat of this size, and the fore cabin is very roomy.. She proves she is proper seaboat because she has a snug quarter-berth - an excellent place to catch forty winks, no matter which tack you are on! These boat details are subject to contract. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
