Broker's Comments
A very good example of these popular single level Broads style cruisers.
Internally there is little to be done as the upholstery and carpets etc are in very good order. New Interior/upholstery pics added 12.04.12
Externally she is finished in 2 pack paint and at the time of listing all she needed was a good clean as you can see in the photo's where I ran a mop over the port side deck and the port side of the coachroof.
The fore and aft canopies are in need of replacement at a cost of around £300 each if required as both the fore and aft deck wells are self draining.
The current owners have not had any use out of her over the past 12 months and are now re locating abroad and as a result are keen to sell hence the price.
There are new ropes and fenders along with a full inventory meaning there is nothing needed to begin enjoying the season.
Prior to completion the engine will have an oil and filter(s) change. there is a current BSC in place until 2014.
Well worth a look as this boat is unspoilt and has masses of potential.
