Boatshed Lancashire are pleased to offer for sale this 42ft Cruiser Stern built by Liverpool Boats in 1998 and partially re-fitted 5 years ago. She was painted and blacked 5 years ago so she will need to be blacked.
As you come down into the boat at the stern you arrive in the open-plan saloon/galley area with a built in corner settee with storage underneath, heating stove, some built in storage and a radiator. The galley is nicely appointed with built in units with a decent amount of storage, a stainless steel sink drainer, fridge, a full size cooker and Thetford gas hob.
Going down the corridor you come to the shower room with a new shower cubicle and shower appliance, a small vanity unit with built in wash basin, vac flush cassette toilet plus spare cassette and a good size storage cupboard.
Finally you arrive in the double cabin which then leads out into the cratch area. The bed has under bed storage, over head storage and small half wardrobe space, TV and a radiator.
The boat has LED lighting throughout and a webasto wet heating system running 3 radiators. The hot water runs off the webasto and the engine via a calorifier.
The boat recently had a leak through the chimney which has now been repaired but it has stained some of the wallpaper. There is spare matching wallpaper on the boat but it is not a job that the owner can do.
