Mecanical :

The propulsion engine is a 4 cylinders Diesel Ford series 2700 of 56 hp with a "Velvet Drive"
AS15-71C gearbox. The engine is mounted on flexible mounts. The shaft line is fitted with a thrust bearing, a packing gland with packing and a manual greaser.
The engine and gearbox are cooled through keel-cooling. The engine is fitted with one 12 V DC and one 24 V DC 80 A alternators.

Electrical :

-DC system :
Two “Dolphin Pro” 12 V DC engine starting jellyfied electrolyte batteries of 140 Ah and 800
A capacity connected in parallel.
• Twelve 2 V DC service batteries of 753 Ah connected in series for 24 V DC.
• Two 12 V DC batteries of 225 Ah and 1400 A capacity connected in series for 24 V DC for
the bow thruster.
The engine batteries are charged through the 12 V DC alternator.
The service batteries are charged either through the 24 V alternator or the solar panel charge
regulator and/or when on shore power by the “FlexPower” system battery charger.
The bow thruster batteries are charged through a “Sterling Power Product” 24 V DC automatic
battery charger of 20 A charging capacity.

-220 V AC system:
The 220 V AC can be supplied onboard either through a shore power socket or the “FlexPower”
system inverter of 3000 W capacity.
There is on the boat :
• A 32 A shore power socket.
• AC sockets throughout the vessel.
Moreover, when the batteries are fully charged, the solar panel charging switches to a hot water tank equipped with two 220V alternating current heating elements.
There is also a galvanic isolator on board.

Water :

Hot water is obtained through a hot water tank fitted with two 220 V AC heating elements.
There is a raw water filtration system with 6 filters and a UV sterilisation.
Water is distributed throughout the vessel through semi rigid and flexible piping.

Gas :

The gas on board is supplied by two 13 kg gas bottles stored in a
separate ventilated gas locker located astern.

Accommodation

Total # of berths 6
No. of double berths 3
Cabin(s) 2
Handbasin 2
Shower 1
Heads 2 heads (Electric)

This barge has been patiently rebuilt entirely by our owners since their acquisition and have spent time and much thought on getting it right. The insulation of the hull, sides, and coachroof has been redone with aluminum thermal insulation. On the day of my visit, it was 28°C (82°F), and even in full sun, it was cool inside the boat. This insulation retains heat in winter which is provided by the wood-burning stove in the large living room and the stove (operating on paraffin or diesel) in the forward cabin which also supplies a radiator located in the salon. The first central cabin has its own electric radiator but also benefits from the heat of the wood-burning stove located just on the other side of the partition.
Regarding electricity, the boat has 6 solar panels with a charging capacity of 300 W each (totalling 1800 W), recharging a bank of 12 service batteries (753 Ah each) that provide onboard 220V power. When the batteries are fully charged, the solar panel charging switches to a hot water tank equipped with two 220V alternating current heating elements. There is also a raw water filtration system with 6 filters and UV sterilisation. The boat is therefore almost completely self-sufficient in terms of electricity and domestic water.
In terms of layout, the boat has been completely redone from floor to ceiling with solid wood. You enter the boat directly into the large living room area (with a headroom of 1.92 meters) and the kitchen (with a headroom of 2.07 meters). It is equipped with a double gas oven (grill and regular oven), four gas burners, two fridges, a freezer, a washing machine and a large sofa convertible into a double bed next to the wood-burning stove. It offers all the comforts of a modern home.
Then you reach the first cabin with a double bed to the port side. Here, the headroom is 1.84 meters. A corridor (with a headroom of 1.83 meters) leads us to the bathroom to the port side (with a headroom of 1.86 meters) and then to the owner's cabin in the bow (with a headroom of 1.87 meters). The bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, sinks, and an electric toilet. Finally, the large owner's cabin is equipped with its own electric toilet and sink. Under the double bed, there is easy access to the bow thruster and its two dedicated batteries.

The white goods, washing machine, freezer, and two fridges are up for negotiation.
