Broker's Comments

Boatshed Norfolk are pleased to offer this tidy diesel Fjord 27 aft cabin cruiser. Fjord are a well respected and well made cruiser with a bias towards very practical boating and accommodation with a Scandinavian edge.

She had a new beta marine 37hp diesel motor in 2008 and this starts and runs very nicely. Her bilges are dry as is the whole boat and she has lots of space to use.

Her full width aft cabin has a double and a vanity with storage, basin and heating.

The large cockpit has rear seating atop the aft cabin which is also a day bunk or sun bed area and gives great views over the rivers with the large and good condition canopy retracted. She has additional seating in the cockpit and a well laid out helm station with captain's chair.

Moving forward, the saloon is well presented and practical with galley to starboard with cooker and additional microwave and toaster. She has diesel warm air heating and a quality fridge and 240v shore power fitted.

The saloon can convert to a large double or two singles and her heads compartment, with pump out toilet and shower, is to port.

She is presented in original Gelcoat and represents a great starter boat for a small family.

She has diesel heating to every area, a current Boat Safety Certificate to April 2026 and her Broads toll is paid to March 2025 and she has two new batteries.

Her marina berth would also be available by agreement with the marina.

This is a great first boat that will be sure to delight her new owners. She has a recent survey available from 2022 valuing her at £20k however, the owner has offered her at a reasonable price for a quick sale.
