Broker's Comments
This is a great first time live-aboard, ideal for someone looking for an alternative lifestyle that is also very affordable. The current owner had, at one time, lived on board for over three years. The advantage of this boat is that you can take her with you when you want to get away. Just untie the moorings and you are off, easily handled by one person.
She has been well maintained with plenty of items being recently replaced. The accommodation has been thoughtfully arranged to make living on board very comfortable in idyllic surroundings.
