Bayliner is well known for its excellent use of interior space. Having a 38 foot vessel that has two staterooms with separate heads plus a shower/bath tub is very rare . Then you add a fly bridge with extra seating and you will understand why it's so popular.
Entering the vessel from the cockpit you find a storage cabinet and forward of that is the lower helm station. The port is located the U shaped dinette.
Moving down and forward is the guest stateroom and head. The galley is to starboard.
In the companionway to the master suite is a second door to the guest head. Moving forward the queen sized berth is located on centerline in the stateroom. The master head is located to starboard and access to the shower/tub is to port.
There is cabin heat supplied by the reverse cycle A/C unit and a Red Dot heater off the engine. There are also three electric heaters -- one in the guest stateroom another in the Master stateroom and one in the saloon.
3 burner Electric cooker/stove

The Bayliner 38 series is one of the most popular lines that Bayliner built. Some of the reasons are: twin diesels, generator, heat/air conditioning, two staterooms with separate heads. The boat has two working helm stations and great seating in the saloon and flybridge. The standard radar arch has been removed.
A strong point is that moorage on Lake Union is available.
The boat is priced under market due to having no radar arch , old electronics. and a non running Generator. Overall the boat is in good condition and ready to cruise.
These boat details are subject to contract.
