Broker's Comments
You only need to take a good look at this lovely Broom AF 30 Mk III, to appreciate what's on offer here - as I got to know her better, I slowly came to the realisation that she really feels like she's quality stuff!
Lots of lovely wood, that is very easy on the eye and looks in lovely condition to me, along with other classical or vintage interior features really make this boat stand out.
She has a light, bright and airy saloon thanks to her many large windows and a very large galley area that leads to a comfortable forward cabin and sizable heads compartment - I love that Broom have placed a forward companionway in the forward cabin too!
Her engine appears to have low hours and the engine room seems very clean and her upper deck looks great, thanks to faux teak decking.
I think this boat could suit coastal cruising and also may look really at home on inland waterways or the French canals.
