The Ford Lehman engine has been evidently well-maintained with records available. All starting and house golf cart batteries were replaced in 2008 and two new 12 volt AGM batteries were added for the 24 volt bow thruster in 2011.
The 2000 Watt Magnum pure sine inverter/charger was also added within the last three years.
The orginal Lehman Engine Manuals are aboard and manuals for all newly installed equipment.
A new Espar hydronic cabin heating system was added in 2012. The heat system has three zones and provides a separate system for heating domestic water during the summer when heat is not required. If you are on the hook for a couple of days you don't have start the engine for a hot shower.
The owner also added new level gauges for the fuel, fresh water and black water tanks.

This is the traditional CHB design -- built in Taiwan in 1978. It is a semi-displacement, hard chine vessel built of fiberglass with a single diesel engine. There are no blisters on the hull.
A major item that was added to this boat by its present owner is an oversize 24 volt Side Power Bow Thruster. Professionally installed with dedicated dual battery system and charger.

The galley is located on the port side of the main cabin with a bench seat at the aft end of the main cabin. A convertible dinette is just behind the lower helm with a pull out wine storage area located under the helm seat. The table folds down to half size for easy seating.
The master stateroom is located aft with two berths -- a double on the starboard side and a single on the port side. There is also a double door companionway with sliding hatch exiting to the aft deck. There is ample storage in the master with a large hanging locker plus drawers on the aft bulkhead. The main head and shower is on the starboard side forward of the double berth. A new electric toilet has been added.

Commentaires du Broker
A change in circumstances makes this well-outfitted economical trawler available.
Leaking windows have been repaired, batteries replaced and a real plus is the bow thruster, Inverter, and hydronic heating, new microwave, new flat screen TV, new stereo, new teak steering wheel at the lower station, new bimini top, new bottom paint last year.
She needs new varnish on her hand and cap rails (great therapy) and some core areas around windows to be repaired and other issues addressed. The owner has reduced the price of this vessel to sell and will seriously look at any and all offers based on needed repairs. If you are looking for a project boat this boat can be purchased right!
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: All offers on the asking price will be considered.
