Broker's Comments
This Litton Discovery 33 offers roomy and flexible accommodation with 6 berths over 3 separate cabin areas.
She has a large galley midships with fridge gas cooker with hob, grill and oven and a microwave oven and ample storage. There is a very large heads and shower room to port that is bright and clean. There is another heads area forward in the front cabin but at some time in her life the heads and possible shower has been removed leaving a large storage space en-suite to the forward cabin with a basin.
She has a Perkins 4108 diesel engine that starts and runs readily and an inverter and shore power system fitted. The saloon roof retracts to bring the outside into the large saloon and there is a companionway directly to the deck from the saloon which is very useful.
The upholstery appears to be in good condition with only the fore cabin mattress being in need of a cover if so desired as at the moment it is bare foam Her Boat Safety Certificate is valid for several years and her Broads toll is paid for this season. Her mooring may also be available by separate negotiation.
