Broker's Comments
The skipper/owner is First Officer with a major shipping company and as such you might expect his boat to be good - it is! She is in commission, and has just returned from a cruise to the Isle of Man TT races with skipper and five mates. She winters ashore each year and as can be seen from the photos is immaculate externally. She was fully surveyed last year and had a 'top up' survey this year before launch (it helps if you work for a major shipping line!). She shows her age a little internally but everything works and everything that matters is done and working extremely well (I'm thinking nav instruments, motor, bow thruster etc).
She's a proper seagoing motor boat and at her realistic asking price a bargain. I doubt she'll be available for long.
Her owner is continuing to use her until sold (off to Scilly Isles in a week or two) and she is on a deep water mooring so prior notice to view is essential and should only be undertaken if you are seriously interested in purchasing a Mitchell 31.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
