The Mark II was built from 1981 to 1987, with modified superstructure and a flybridge as standard.
This boat is showing signs of moisture in the hull near the keel, so she needs to be hauled out so the situation can be stabilised, then epoxy coated.

Broker's Comments
This must be one of the last Princess 33 Mark II’s built. They stopped in 1987. A really nice, compact, well designed Flybridge Cruiser. All the features are here – a good upper saloon, a snug lower saloon with galley, a good sized forecabin and spacious heads. I wonder how they crammed it all in! All this AND a flybridge, this boat has got to be great value for money, and all from one of the top brands on the market. There are people out there (I know this because I've met them) who will not buy any other brand. Strong, well designed, safe and stylish, even a 1987 boat can hold her own for looks and sheer presence.
A recent survey has come up with a few issues which need some attention – hence the low price. The hull around the keel area is pretty damp, so she needs to be hauled out and her anti fouling taken off, then epoxied or similar. There are no blisters yet, so you may catch it in time.
Her engines really need a complete overhaul, as do the drive legs and transom shields. It would be best to take them out and strip them down for this.
