Broker's Comments
This is a good clean and tidy example of what was, when built, the upmarket version of the type.
It has been well looked after by the current owners and on the wet and windy day I visited them, it was dry warm and cosy inside.
It has been used mainly in fresh water and is well equipped, including a very nice wine cooler-how often do you see that?
