Broker's Comments
Preliminary Details: awaiting confirmation by owner.
This is a great opportunity to acquire a very homely live aboard boat, built by Bradley and Seabourne of Worcester. She would be ideal to restore to the classic power boat that she is. The engine would need some attention if it is required to run and would need a new shaft for one of the engines if the desire was to operate as a twin screw. The exterior would benefit from another coat of paint. The interior is bright and airy and there is plenty of accommodation, which could easily be customised to your needs. The owner is very keen to sell and the boat is open to offers.
