This boat is listed as a project but is mainly in need of cosmetic refurbishment. She is currently afloat on her mooring (unlike many projects which are ashore suggesting the hull integrity is suspicious!).

She was last surveyed in 2018 which concluded she was a good insurable risk!

A new main mast will be required but the current old one could be used as a template for a replacement.

Internally she appears to be a dry boat.
The windlass is electric but only works manually.

She is from a well-known stable of wooden boat builders, David Hilyard.

The current owners intended to refurbish the boat but health issues have prevented any further work.

These boat details are subject to contract.
