Broker's Comments
Upon stepping into the boathouse sheltering this beauty, I was immediately taken with the condition of this classic piece of Northwest boating history. The brightwork gleams as it probably did on the boat's launching day 44 years ago. The current owners have proudly cared for and enjoyed this vessel, and their love and dedication to preserving such beauty is evident in the boat's exterior condition, and its lovely interior.
Whether this is to be your first boat, or one of many, the joy and nostalgia that comes with owning a classic can be had with minimal investment of money and sweat, as she's well-priced and ready to cruise. You'll enjoy being the center of attention in any harbor.
Boathouse available for $35,000 additional. The owner is willing to consider a package price available for the boat and the boathouse together.
