Entering the vessel from the cockpit brings you into the saloon on the starboard side where there is a convertible bench seat. On the port side aft is the dinette which also converts to a double berth. The lower helm is forward on the starboard side. Opposite to the helm is the galley.

Moving forward , the head is to port with the large V-berth forward.

Going back to the cockpit, the ladder to the flybridge is to port. The flybridge has two front / back seats that drop down flat. The upper helm is on center with a single chair.

Cabin heat is provided by an ESPAR diesel forced air furnace.

Two TV's are included.

Refrigerator was new in 2015, stove/oven, and microwave were new in 2016. Carpet was new in 2018.

There are Sunbrella canvas covers for all exterior upholstery.
The 9'5" Zodiac RIB is new this year.

This Tolly 30 Sedan has been moored in fresh water and under cover for the last 32 years. The moorage at Seattle's Boat World Marina is transferable, and the boat is in a 48' slip.

The vessel is located near our office on Lake Union.
